1. What is the overall height of the chocolate fountain that will be used at my event?

We have two sizes of fountain available; however we always use our largest fountain for rentals.  At 120 cm tall it is the largest Chocolate fountain available for hire in the UK.  Many companies are offering smaller fountains for hire which are not as visually impressive.  We recommend the hire of smaller fountains as an addition to an existing rental package, possibly to use with a contrasting chocolate flavour for that extra bit of indulgence.  Alternatively for events where a particularly large number of guests are anticipated, prices for the hire of additional fountains are available on application

2. What type of base will accompany the chocolate fountain?

Both our rental packages come complete with our 4 foot diameter custom built circular base.  Not only does this cover the unsightly metal base of the chocolate fountain but it also provides a beautiful setting for the presentation of dipping items.  The base features small led lights which can be set to a particular colour or set to a function which fades through all the different colours.  The base also features angled spotlights which can be used to highlight the flowing chocolate.

The inclusion of a base is practical as well as attractive as throughout your event the operator will discreetly wipe it over to ensure your centrepiece remains looking superb.  Some chocolate fountain hire companies simply wrap a piece of material around the base of the fountain which quickly becomes covered in dripped chocolate and cannot be cleaned.

     3.  How many dipping foods will be included?

Our deluxe rental is our fully catered package and includes on average 20 different types of dipping accompaniments.  Subject to availability we usually include 10 different types of fruit and 10 different types of confectionary.   We always bring more than enough food to satisfy your guests appetites.  All our food is sourced from high quality suppliers and presented beautifully.  The inclusion of such a large variety of dips ensures that there is something for everybody’s taste; furthermore our deluxe rental package is more than adequate to serve as a buffet in its own right, negating the need for extra catering arrangements.  In addition if there is anything in particular that you do or do not wish to have provided with the fountain then we will endeavour to supply it at no extra cost.

4.  Are there any extra costs on top of the package price?

There are no hidden charges associated with any of our packages.  Delivery is free within a 50 mile radius; there is no charge per head for extra dips or for dipping foods that are out of peak season.   We do not charge VAT on top of our prices.

    5.  How many guests do the packages cater for?

All of the packages are priced to cater for between 50 and 200 guests, this is based on the average number of guests that we have catered for during previous events.  However we are able to cater for much larger numbers and prices are available on request.

6.  How long will the fountain be operational for?

Heavenly Chocolate Fountains will be in attendance for up to 4 hours.  This is more than adequate for most functions.  In addition, for events that run over this time our operator will not start to dismantle the fountain until the event is concluding.

7.  Will I need to make sure there is a suitable table at the venue for the fountain?

The existing tables available at venues are often unsuitable for chocolate fountains.  They tend to lack the strength and stability needed for such a heavy piece of equipment.  In response to this problem, Heavenly Chocolate Fountains include a 5 foot circular table that has been specifically designed for use with chocolate fountains.

9.  What will the operator be doing whilst in attendance

Our uniformed operators will maintain a professional attitude throughout the course of your event.  They will ensure that the chocolate continues to flow evenly and smoothly, clear away any plates or debris left behind by guests and freshly prepare and replenish dipping accompaniments.
